While those "puzzle" mats are cute, everyone told me they collect tons of dust underneath. I wanted something extra thick to protect baby's head when he took tumbles (or dropped his head when he was a newborn). I wanted something extra big so he could crawl around when he was older. Husband wanted something easy to roll up and clean under. The countrytown pattern is pretty cute too. it was pricey, but well worth the investment. My son has taken some serious tumbles including falling backward from a stand and has never gotten a head injury! Jun 17, 2019
