This teether reaches back to molars (we aren't there yet at almost 7 months but mama likes to prepare) and its constructed like a pacifier so it can be hands free. My son has never been a fan of the pacifier but he gets the concept. Constructed of natural silicone it's easy to clean but a magnet for hair and lint so that's a downside. Nov 29, 2013
