I'm almost 20 weeks pregnant and absolutely love this pillow! I am a back sleeper naturally so I've been trying to sleep on my side but every night I would wake up on my back. I have one of the bigger maternity pillows and while it's nice, it doesn't support my back or keep me from rolling over. This little pillow does the job. It supports by belly and back at the same time while preventing me from rolling over onto my back in the middle of the night! My lower back pain has completely gone away since using this pillow.
