My LO loves anything that makes noise when she kicks it around and that is definitely what this ball does with a little shaker in the middle of the ball. It is easy for her little fingers to grab since she can wrap her them around the openings - just be cautious with the little ball on the inside because once they start shaking it around hard enough the plastic ball can smack against their little fingers.
