This past year I recently had my THIRD C-section and the healing process was so much worse. I was in so much pain. I was sent home with some perineal packs from the hospital which I used over my incision to help with my pain. I quickly ran out and tried to purchase more and realized how expensive they were. I stumbled upon these and debated because of the price but I must say I have no regrets. You get three of them with your purchase and when the are frozen there is still flexibility!
