  • they aren't the most absorbent but they are good at staying in place compared to other brands which ended up being more comfortable and therefore more important to me. Mar 01, 2023

  • too thick and chunky. these don't look good under a shirt because they are bulky and don't lay right Apr 09, 2021

  • I found these to be bulky, scratch, and not very absorbent. I ended up using disposables instead. Feb 02, 2020

They are very absorbent and protect well to avoid accidents Jan 17, 2019

  • I used these and liked the fact they had daytime and night time ones. Night time ones absorb more. These pads were comfortable and thick to hold milk without leaking. Jun 13, 2018

  • I love having washable pads they are so convenient and come with a bag to wash them in. They arent to noticiable under my shirt. Jun 10, 2018

Get the job done on no leaking, but had to change out sometimes in the evening and morning. Apr 09, 2018

  • They’re a bit too thick but they work well Jan 26, 2018

Torn between these and the lanisoh! Find that the Avent ones can be a bit rough on the nipple sometimes. Absorption is also not that great. Jan 20, 2018

  • DON'T BUY THESE. They actually hurt to wear. Jun 09, 2017

  • These were great! I could wear them all day, hand wash at night and they'd be dry by morning! Holds up very well! Dec 30, 2015

  • They're soft but do show up in a tee shirt so best for overnight and around the house. Aug 11, 2015

  • These do not wrinkle in the wash they are comfy and great to have. Aug 02, 2015

    amazing! Jun 01, 2015

  • Like that they are washable for preventing waste from disposables. But they are not discrete and completely showed through. Nov 05, 2014

  • these were just ok. small and noticeable through a cami Sep 25, 2014

  • I liked the idea of washable pads, but this brand remained pretty stiff. Feb 05, 2014

  • I love these pads because they don't irritate me, but they aren't very absorbent and they are noticeable through clothes. Oct 30, 2013

  • These were not soft on my nipples, soaked through quickly, and didn't stay in place. They make decent coasters for bedside water bottle, though. Oct 11, 2013

  • These are the good ones. Won't scrape your nips off. Sep 08, 2013

  • I did have one issue with leaks, but overall a great product. Jun 10, 2013

    Why weeLove Milkflow Lactation Cookies:

In case you need a valid excuse to eat cookies, here’s a really good one: boosting milk supply. Nursing moms need to fuel their bodies to keep up with the demands of milk production and new parenthood. (If you’ve been wearing the same pants for three days—we get it, girl!) While lactation teas, capsules and powders aren’t for everybody, cookies most certainly are.

Milkflow™ from UpSpring created the first ever lactation cookies made with the dream team of ingredients: Fenugreek and Blessed Thistle. These two essentials work together to help naturally promote breast milk supply in those early days, during your baby’s growth spurts (when you’re glued to the glider for feedings!), and pumping sessions.

Available in Oatmeal Raisin and Double Chocolate Chip, cookies are non-GMO and made in the USA with all natural ingredients. These tasty treats come in packs of two—perfect for tossing in your diaper bag for a healthy snack on the go. Each box comes with 10 packs (20 cookies total), so you’ll be able to keep your milk production going strong while keeping “Hangry Mom Running Errands” at bay. It’s a win-win.

  • Milkflow Lactation Coffee Pods
  • weeThink

Moms are all about multi-tasking (just ask anyone who can fold laundry, while doing an Amazon Prime order, while playing peek-a-boo with the baby.) Luckily, here's a way to get multiple things done at once, with a lot less juggling...

UpSpring Milkflow Coffee Pods give nursing women a much-needed caffeine fix—along with milk-boosting duo fenugreek and blessed thistle—in just one cup of joe. A lactation supplement in easy-to-brew coffee? Yes, please!

Compatible with most Keurig K-Cup coffee makers, each pod serves 55mg of caffeine and 450mg of Fenugreek to help establish or increase a healthy milk supply (hello, growth spurts!). All ingredients are natural, gluten-free, and non-GMO. And don't worry—the pods themselves are made with mother (earth) in mind, too. They're 100% compostable, 100% plant-based, and BPA-free.

Ready to pop in a pod and get back to that master multi-tasking? Because there's a diaper bag to be packed + car keys to be found.
