  • The best invention for mama's who like to drink every now and then. You just put a drop or two of breast milk onto it and wait. If it changes to a dark colour you have alcohol in your system Nov 17, 2023

  • works great! really helpful after I had a few glasses of wine Jul 05, 2023

  • This feels like it preys on worries of mothers when the data shows that very very little alcohol gets into breastmilk, despite lingering misinformation. Unnecessary. Oct 18, 2022

  • Sister in law gave these to me and I actually thought that it was something I would never use, but it helped give me peace of mind after having a few drinks. Good to keep around so you don’t dump BM. Jul 25, 2022

  • My box of test strips were short the number of strips. I ended up not ever needing to use them but maybe once. Expensive! May 21, 2022

The detection strips are fun and help remind you that your milk can hold alcohol well past the timeframe you would think. Oct 13, 2021

  • I used these a couple times but I didn't trust them completely so they didn't really give me the peace of mind I was looking for. Sep 01, 2021

  • These gave me peace of mind that I was ok to nurse baby. Jul 07, 2021

  • I didn't realize that it was okay to have a drink and feed your baby. As long as you feel like you could safely drive a car you can feed your baby, you don't need these strips. Jun 12, 2021

  • Great thing to have to give you peace of mind if you want to have a couple drinks and not have to worry about if you need to pump and dump Mar 03, 2021

  • They detect alcohol but only tell you you've injested alcohol. Which is why you are using them. I wish they told you if it was safe to give baby your milk or not. Mar 25, 2020

  • a must if you plan on drinking while breastfeeding. you'll be suprise to find out that even a tad bit of alcohol will detected in your breastmilk. Mar 23, 2020

  • These are great! I use it after a glass of wine for our home date night. Now I don’t waste more milk than needed since I can test my milk now. Jan 30, 2020

  • Peace of mind when momma deserves a glass of wine Jan 25, 2020

  • This detects even a small amount of alcohol, even though it is still safe to nurse after a drink. It made me more nervous and wish I did not buy them. Jan 23, 2020

Got these as a gift I find this to be such a waste of money if you do your research you shouldn’t have to test your milk. plus these are so sensitive to alcohol it will go off in orange juice. Jan 14, 2020

  • You don’t need it. If you can drive you can nurse Dec 10, 2019

  • Great product that I have given as a gift to my momma friends who want to have some wine but want to make sure it does not transfeer to their baby. Sep 27, 2019

    Why weeLove Milkflow Lactation Cookies:

In case you need a valid excuse to eat cookies, here’s a really good one: boosting milk supply. Nursing moms need to fuel their bodies to keep up with the demands of milk production and new parenthood. (If you’ve been wearing the same pants for three days—we get it, girl!) While lactation teas, capsules and powders aren’t for everybody, cookies most certainly are.

Milkflow™ from UpSpring created the first ever lactation cookies made with the dream team of ingredients: Fenugreek and Blessed Thistle. These two essentials work together to help naturally promote breast milk supply in those early days, during your baby’s growth spurts (when you’re glued to the glider for feedings!), and pumping sessions.

Available in Oatmeal Raisin and Double Chocolate Chip, cookies are non-GMO and made in the USA with all natural ingredients. These tasty treats come in packs of two—perfect for tossing in your diaper bag for a healthy snack on the go. Each box comes with 10 packs (20 cookies total), so you’ll be able to keep your milk production going strong while keeping “Hangry Mom Running Errands” at bay. It’s a win-win.

  • Milkflow Lactation Coffee Pods
  • weeThink

Moms are all about multi-tasking (just ask anyone who can fold laundry, while doing an Amazon Prime order, while playing peek-a-boo with the baby.) Luckily, here's a way to get multiple things done at once, with a lot less juggling...

UpSpring Milkflow Coffee Pods give nursing women a much-needed caffeine fix—along with milk-boosting duo fenugreek and blessed thistle—in just one cup of joe. A lactation supplement in easy-to-brew coffee? Yes, please!

Compatible with most Keurig K-Cup coffee makers, each pod serves 55mg of caffeine and 450mg of Fenugreek to help establish or increase a healthy milk supply (hello, growth spurts!). All ingredients are natural, gluten-free, and non-GMO. And don't worry—the pods themselves are made with mother (earth) in mind, too. They're 100% compostable, 100% plant-based, and BPA-free.

Ready to pop in a pod and get back to that master multi-tasking? Because there's a diaper bag to be packed + car keys to be found.
