This is the best changing pad for busy hands or rolling tots. You strap baby in to the top so if he tries to roll, it goes with him, containing the mess. It also keeps wandering hands away from the mess and keeps them occupied with two rings (you can attach toys if the rings aren't enough) Mar 31, 2020
