Its a simple booster, straps around the back and bottom of chair to stay in place. Its soft like the bumbo baby seata. It does have a 3 point harness but I feel like it just sits on my daughters legs. So if your child is a wiggler or doesnt like sitting I dont think it would contain them very well. Jan 19, 2018
