This works well to collect let down, and as a manual pump in a bind. I find this larger one less efficient than the smaller ones. The suction cup on the bottom with the larger ones is nice! Jul 13, 2021

  • So practical. Takes a bit of a learning curve but once you get it it’s so simple. Very convent to relieve engirgment quickly without a pump. Jul 01, 2021

  • The most comfortable and efficient way to relieve engorgement! Jun 28, 2021

  • You need this If you're considering nursing May 01, 2021

  • 100% a must-have item for ALL moms! Mar 05, 2021

  • So wonderful for catching milk from one side while feeding on the other, especially when first breastfeeding before milk is more regulated. No more leaking all over and losing precious ounces! Feb 25, 2021

This has been HUGELY helpful collecting letdown while baby nurses on the other breast. My main complaint is how much it pinches sometimes. It also doesn't keep maintain suction that well as it fills. Dec 23, 2020

  • Worked great when I was producing too much at the beginning. Helped me from leaking everywhere while nursing and at night Dec 04, 2020

  • Helped build up my milk supply so fast! I still use it every time I breastfeed. Oct 08, 2020

Best product for a nursing mama! Catches so much milk. its a must have! Aug 28, 2020

  • I had very high hopes for this. It works fine when it’s on one side and baby is eating on the other, but my output is much less than electric pumps. Excellent price and better than manual expression. Aug 24, 2020

  • Great for catching letdowns! Has great suction, but loses the suction strength after a few months of use. Clean regularly with soap and water to lengthen life of it. Aug 22, 2020

  • Loved it to get clogs out Aug 11, 2020

  • My favourite. It's excellent for pumping on the go. It's discreet. Works great. Amazing at catching let down. Saves you tons of milk Aug 11, 2020

  • The Haka is so easy to use, and is great for breastfeeding mamas looking to boost supply or supplement with an occasional bottle. Aug 11, 2020

  • An absolute must have for catching let down on the opposite feeding side. I created an entire stash in a few weeks thanks to my Hakka. Also helpful if you need to pump but don't have one. Jul 24, 2020

  • Love this! Used the Hakaa a lot when our little one was just a wee newborn. It helped with engorgements or for expressing milk in a pinch. Jul 20, 2020

  • Such an easy way to save up a milk supply without having to pump! Jul 17, 2020

  • I’m 12 weeks PP, and the Haakaa is one of the few things I’ve used every day since bringing baby home. I find it so essential to my breastfeeding journey that I bought 2 more! Jul 05, 2020

  • Super easy and painless to use! I absolutely love this to catch my other let down or finish off after LO finishes. Jun 26, 2020

  • The Haaka is a life saver! I used it for catching the letdown on whichever side baby wasn't nursing and collected so much milk. The suction bottom helps with stability to reduce spills. May 30, 2020

  • Saves so much milk Apr 30, 2020

  • bought after following on IG and seeing amazing amounts of milk. but I honestly only get about half an oz each time. even contacted them to make sure I was doing it right. Apr 10, 2020

  • It took some trim and error, but this is essential for those early weeks, and helpful to have later on. I use it way more than my electric pump and still get quite a bit 8 months postpartum. Mar 06, 2020

  • Had a good suction when properly done right. Feb 02, 2020

  • I love my HAAKAA It was great for when I started breastfeeding and had alot of extra milk. I recommend it to new breast feeding moms Jan 28, 2020

  • I purchased this with a sale and honestly I never use it. It was super useful when I was leaking on the other side while nursing but I barely use it anymore. It wasn’t a big need Jan 26, 2020

  • Great product takes a little getting used to but works. Jan 23, 2020

  • Easy to use, fast, and amazing! This is a must if breastfeeding! Jan 14, 2020

I have read raving reviews about this. I never produced an abundance of milk so I never got more than an ounce or two. Definitely going to give it a try w baby #2. Jan 05, 2020

  • My Lactation Consultant discouraged me from ever using this. When attached during feeding for opposite side letdown it gets milk more watery than foremilk and is not nutritious enough to save. Jan 05, 2020

  • Must have! Suctions to nightstand so it doesn’t tip in the dark Jan 02, 2020

  • I love this hands free pump! I use it while I’m bf my lo on the other breast. It catches my let down and I can often get 4 ounces while feeding to build my stash. A must have for all bf moms! Jan 01, 2020

  • Once I got the hang of it, it was very helpful to draw out milk quickly. It can be kicked of by squirmy baby nursing, so be prepared. Jan 01, 2020

    Why weeLove Milkflow Lactation Cookies:

In case you need a valid excuse to eat cookies, here’s a really good one: boosting milk supply. Nursing moms need to fuel their bodies to keep up with the demands of milk production and new parenthood. (If you’ve been wearing the same pants for three days—we get it, girl!) While lactation teas, capsules and powders aren’t for everybody, cookies most certainly are.

Milkflow™ from UpSpring created the first ever lactation cookies made with the dream team of ingredients: Fenugreek and Blessed Thistle. These two essentials work together to help naturally promote breast milk supply in those early days, during your baby’s growth spurts (when you’re glued to the glider for feedings!), and pumping sessions.

Available in Oatmeal Raisin and Double Chocolate Chip, cookies are non-GMO and made in the USA with all natural ingredients. These tasty treats come in packs of two—perfect for tossing in your diaper bag for a healthy snack on the go. Each box comes with 10 packs (20 cookies total), so you’ll be able to keep your milk production going strong while keeping “Hangry Mom Running Errands” at bay. It’s a win-win.
