  • I’m 12 weeks PP, and the Haakaa is one of the few things I’ve used every day since bringing baby home. I find it so essential to my breastfeeding journey that I bought 2 more! Jul 05, 2020

  • Super easy and painless to use! I absolutely love this to catch my other let down or finish off after LO finishes. Jun 26, 2020

  • Haaka did not work for me. Jun 10, 2020

  • The Haaka is a life saver! I used it for catching the letdown on whichever side baby wasn't nursing and collected so much milk. The suction bottom helps with stability to reduce spills. May 30, 2020

  • Saves so much milk Apr 30, 2020

  • bought after following on IG and seeing amazing amounts of milk. but I honestly only get about half an oz each time. even contacted them to make sure I was doing it right. Apr 10, 2020

I use this every night, and my baby is almost 3 months. it's helped me stock up so much milk in the freezer and avoid wet shirts every time I nurse my baby! worth it every penny! Apr 10, 2020

  • It took some trim and error, but this is essential for those early weeks, and helpful to have later on. I use it way more than my electric pump and still get quite a bit 8 months postpartum. Mar 06, 2020

  • Had a good suction when properly done right. Feb 02, 2020

  • I love my HAAKAA It was great for when I started breastfeeding and had alot of extra milk. I recommend it to new breast feeding moms Jan 28, 2020

  • I purchased this with a sale and honestly I never use it. It was super useful when I was leaking on the other side while nursing but I barely use it anymore. It wasn’t a big need Jan 26, 2020

  • Great product takes a little getting used to but works. Jan 23, 2020

  • Easy to use, fast, and amazing! This is a must if breastfeeding! Jan 14, 2020

  • The Haakaa is so handy because it is hands-free, easy to carry and travel with, comfortable, and more convenient than a bulky electronic pump. I used this daily while nursing my firstborn. Jan 09, 2020

I have read raving reviews about this. I never produced an abundance of milk so I never got more than an ounce or two. Definitely going to give it a try w baby #2. Jan 05, 2020

  • My Lactation Consultant discouraged me from ever using this. When attached during feeding for opposite side letdown it gets milk more watery than foremilk and is not nutritious enough to save. Jan 05, 2020

  • Must have! Suctions to nightstand so it doesn’t tip in the dark Jan 02, 2020

  • I love this hands free pump! I use it while I’m bf my lo on the other breast. It catches my let down and I can often get 4 ounces while feeding to build my stash. A must have for all bf moms! Jan 01, 2020

  • Once I got the hang of it, it was very helpful to draw out milk quickly. It can be kicked of by squirmy baby nursing, so be prepared. Jan 01, 2020

I know a lot of people love this but it just didn’t work for me. I never collected much milk and had a hard time getting it to stay on. Jan 01, 2020

  • This worked wonders when we came home from the hospital! I loved that I could catch everything because BM is liquid gold and every drop counts! Also was great as a manual pump while out and about Dec 30, 2019

  • Perfect to attach on non-nursing side. The base suctions so I can suction it to the table until I am able to get it into a storage bag. Love the ease! Dec 26, 2019

  • This is the #1 need for a breastfeeding mother. This is the reason I had almost 2,000 ounces in my freezer! Dec 26, 2019

  • Great for pumping/catching milk while breastfeeding baby. Dec 14, 2019

  • They pop off and was hard to use with a newborn. Bulkier then the reusable breast shell which I prefer. Maybe I'll like it when she gets older for getting more milk. For now it sits on our counter. Nov 25, 2019

  • I have set aside over 80 oz just from using the Haakaa! It was so helpful in the early weeks when babe only ate on one side. The suction cup base is great and has saved me from spilled milk! Oct 21, 2019

  • My first pump! It was really amazing to see how it works after reading about it for so long. Easy to clean and sterilize. Mine came with the blue flower & I ordered a separate lid. Oct 16, 2019

  • Absolutely love the haakaa and it has been a life saver since i began breastfeeding my daughter. It helped me store almost 200 oz apart from exclusively breastfeeding Oct 10, 2019

  • This was really handy in the early days of engorgement. But I haven't been able to make it work for me since. Sep 25, 2019

It is a great way to catch the letdown from the side u r not feeding from! Saved countless ounces!!! Sep 16, 2019

  • A breastfeeding must have! Aug 29, 2019

  • Great way to pull out extra milk without having to wash too many pieces. It is higher prices than the other silicone pumps. Aug 22, 2019

  • I don’t need one this big but it definitely works and has helped me get a freezer stash this time Aug 09, 2019

  • Best baby item I bought. Make sure to get the stopper. I bought 3 and was able to use 1 every nursing session. I built up a huge stash before going back to work, which helped me breastfeed for 1 year. Jun 18, 2019

  • Easy to use. Works great as a manual pump and also as a way to collect letdown when feeding baby on the other breast. Compact and easy to travel with. Easy to clean. Jun 09, 2019

  • If I used the Haakaa, it'd be this one. The suction base makes it so secure when sitting the unit down. I found the Haakaa painful and awkward to use so opted for a manual pump instead. May 01, 2019

  • Great for a few reasons, super affordable, portable, comfortable, and catches the let down when nursing/pumping other side so no wasted milk. ALSO great for clogged ducts - warm water and epsom salts! Mar 13, 2019

  • This pump is perfect for catching letdown milk on one side while nursing on the other. It easily attaches, and helps increase milk production. YOU NEED THIS IN YOUR LIFE. Jan 03, 2019

  • So easy to use and collect breast milk! Get the version with the suction bottom, it’ll save you a lot of heartache from knocking it over during late night sessions. Nov 28, 2018

    Why weeLove Milkflow Lactation Cookies:

In case you need a valid excuse to eat cookies, here’s a really good one: boosting milk supply. Nursing moms need to fuel their bodies to keep up with the demands of milk production and new parenthood. (If you’ve been wearing the same pants for three days—we get it, girl!) While lactation teas, capsules and powders aren’t for everybody, cookies most certainly are.

Milkflow™ from UpSpring created the first ever lactation cookies made with the dream team of ingredients: Fenugreek and Blessed Thistle. These two essentials work together to help naturally promote breast milk supply in those early days, during your baby’s growth spurts (when you’re glued to the glider for feedings!), and pumping sessions.

Available in Oatmeal Raisin and Double Chocolate Chip, cookies are non-GMO and made in the USA with all natural ingredients. These tasty treats come in packs of two—perfect for tossing in your diaper bag for a healthy snack on the go. Each box comes with 10 packs (20 cookies total), so you’ll be able to keep your milk production going strong while keeping “Hangry Mom Running Errands” at bay. It’s a win-win.
