  These are 3 holes and not 4 holes if that matters to you. Mine started tearing apart by the nipple head around 3 months mark. It seems like most of these silicone nipples last for 2-3 months. Feb 24, 2021

  I would have to say that the Airflex design really helped my son not be so gassy after feeding and the nipple didn’t collapse on him like a lot of others we have tried. A baby (6 months+) must have! Mar 02, 2018
