The Happiest Kids in the World: How Dutch Parents Help Their Kids (and Themselves) by Doing Less
what parents are saying
For anyone interested in different parenting styles around the world, this one is my favorite. I've read Bringing Up Bebe by Druckerman, but found that this approach is more my style. Letting kids experience things in their own way rather than telling them how they should experience things is just one of the themes. I also appreciated the way Dutch dads are very present and active in their child's life and how it's socially acceptable to take time to be with your family. Great read (I tore through this book in a day)! (Jul 24, 2017)
