  • Used this daily while trying to conceive. There’s a lot of good evidence about inositol and fertility, particularly with PCOS. Side effects are minimal and it mixes well (flavorless) with a drink. Aug 29, 2023

  • This has no flavor! I drink it every morning in a glass of water. Only negative is it has a powdery texture if you don't let it dissolve fully, which takes time. Here's hoping it helps us conceive! Jul 13, 2017
