Q: This is very cute, but is it practical? Are there any pockets or dividers to keep baby stuff organized or will I be constantly fishing around for stuff?

VERY practical!! it has tons of pockets on the inside - and two pockets on outside (which are perfect for bottle/sippy cup and your phone or something you want easy access to). I use cloth diapers so i need a lot of space and this diaper bag fits everything! plus the material is easy to clean and light weight so it doesn't weigh a ton. The shape is also great because it is long and balances out.
