I have a TON of these! I put these on top of the changing table's pad. Yes, there's a cover, but i don't want to wash the cover every time she pees while i'm changing her diaper - which is a lot. She pees on this absorbant pad, and it's much easier to wash instead of the entire cover. (Mar 30, 2015)
