Nothing with this book sat well with me. If your baby is crying, they want something. If they learn to stop crying, they've learned you're not coming. Not the message I wanted to teach AT ALL. Feb 21, 2020

The basic message is excellent regarding the Ultradium Rhythm (90 min cycle). However, I do not like the variations on the "cry it out" sleep training. Sep 25, 2018

I didn't like the spaced feeding. Seemed unnatural to me when baby was screaming. Feb 04, 2018
I suppose I'd like this if I followed it, but it was too regimented for me to follow. Jan 05, 2017

Excellent system but requires a few tweeks especially when it comes to multiples. I'm a Newborn Care Specialist (who specializes in multiples) and have designed my program with info from this book Aug 02, 2016

It was a little intense for me, I used it as a guide and it did have some really helpful hints! I ended up using a blend of this and other sleep book concenpts.. It worked! :) Jan 29, 2016

This is a hard book to implement for an exclusively breastfed baby, as it assumes that you can get all the milk the baby is getting out with a pump. My Dr als advised against training before 4 months. Jan 26, 2015

My twins started sleeping through the night 7p to 6 am at 2.5 months (they're 8 months now) because of this book Dec 03, 2014

Haven't read it yet but I got it because so many friends said it helped them get their babies sleeping through the night by six weeks. We'll see! Sep 14, 2014

took 3 hours to read and 2 weeks to fully implement and the baby was sleeping from 7:30pm to 7am at 6 weeks old! seems overwhelming but I only loosely followed the guidelines and it worked easily. Jul 28, 2014

The best sleep book you will ever get!!! My two children both slept 12 hours by 12 weeks. My son slept 12 hours by 10 weeks. There is nothing harsh about it just common sense put into a book. MUST HAVE!!! Feb 07, 2013
I can't say enough about this book! It definitely worked. My son was sleeping 7-7 by 10 weeks! It is hard work for sure but 100% worth it! Must read! Jan 31, 2013
I thought this was ok. It made me feel guilty more than anything because my guy wasn't sleeping through the night at 12 weeks. If you are a schedule person though it is great. All my neighbors swear by it. Jan 31, 2013

This book created the foundation for our sleep training philosophy. Was very quick and easy to read (which was important in those early sleep deprived weeks) May 28, 2014

This book LITERALLY saved me. My VERY fussy twins were sleeping at exactly 12 weeks 12 hours a night- 730 to 730. It is a FAST (hour or two max) read and while it takes alot of work, is easy to follow and it works. HIGHLY recommend to all new parents Mar 07, 2014

I was told to read this book by a lot of my friends and figured I would give it a try. t's very straight forward and easy to follow. I didn't follow EVERYTHING that the book suggested, but in the end it worked! Jan 31, 2013
