I ate this stuff on the go all throughout my pregnancy because it's loaded with all the nutrients, brain-boosting stuff that makes you feel good in the physical sense and in the sense that you're doing good things for your growing baby. Plus, it's delicious and so easy to throw in your tote on the way out the door and super easy to access on a train, in a taxi, waiting on line, mid-walk, etc. (Oatmeal raisin's my favorite, but all the flavors are great.)
