Doctor recommended a "maternity belt" for me early on in my pregnancy. I forget why, but I think it had to do with my retroverted uterus. Anyway, I'm unsure if this helped or not, but I wore it almost every day. (Oct 31, 2014)

I love running but as my belly started getting bigger it got painful and uncomfortable. I immediately bought this and the pain completely went away. I liked how small it was too so I didn't get overly sweaty. Sep 30, 2014
