Velcro is a must with growing babies - they're never between snap sizes - it always fits perfectly! We've tried six other cloth brands, but only these keep me sane and allow me to cloth diaper twins! Nov 12, 2014

I love BGs but these didn't fit our baby well. We had an 8 pounder, and she was too big for these. The aplix also agitated her cord stump. I recommend prefolds/covers or Blueberry newborns instead. Aug 21, 2014
Huge velcro patch in front meant we couldn't use it before the umbilical cord fell off. Wings aren't made of waterproof material, so they just wick the pee right on out of the diaper. Aug 16, 2014

These were small, but not small enough to fit below the cord on my 6 lb 12 oz newborn. Nowhere near absorbent enough for him even as a tiny newb. Apr 29, 2014
These are awesome for newborns before they move into the full size diapers. They have a tendency to leak with urine but adding a cloth insert for nighttime fixes that problem. Mar 12, 2014

These cloth diapers are so soft for your newborn's bum. I do have an issue with the cleaning though. The Velcro causes the diapers to seal themselves in the wash, preventing a thorough clean. Jul 26, 2017
