Rather than a diaper pail, in a small space where you take garbage out a lot - get these. Handy to take on the go - in the car, in your diaper bag, but also work well at home. Keep an open one for #1s on top of the the changing station, and as soon as a #2 comes along, tie up and it is gone. Space, smell saver all around.
