Recently started using these as cold, flu and RSV season is in full swing. They have a great flavor without a strong aftertaste. I would suggest not eating them on an empty stomach, as it will give you a mild stomachache. This brand was my first choice, as you only have to take two a day instead of 3-4 like some other brands. They are gluten and gelatin free. (Jan 25, 2020)
