Not only organic and vegan, but these vitamins have folate instead of folic acid, which is good for anyone who has a MTHFR mutation to help get the appropriate amount of folate for baby. They don't taste bad and have never made me nauseous and have all of the vitamins you need for you and baby. Oct 19, 2018
