We settled on this monitor due to the quality of the picture and the fact that it has the vox feature which was the most important! It doesn't not have a temperature reading but the night vision works better than several other monitors we've tried. (May 30, 2018)

This camera is awful. It would never shut off because of her sound machine (it has audio detection) and the camera went failed after about 7 months. Do not buy May 23, 2019
