We had these in a size S for my then 1 year old. They were still a little big in the waist for him but he wore swim trunks over it so it help keep the diaper in place for swim class. I purchased guess because he has sensitive skin. He never broke out while wearing these. I highly recommended for children with sensitive skin. (Mar 16, 2018)
