It's a no frills baby gate. We have several and they do the job, but they're predictably annoying to move. There are better options if you want something that you'll be opening and closing frequently. (Jul 07, 2016)

It is not sturdy enough for my liking. It also does not take long for a little one to get tall enough for height to be an issue. When moved frequently the wood does not hold up long enough. May 13, 2016
