  • Love this! SO much support for baby and I. Even has a headrest for the baby Jun 16, 2021

  • This isn’t necessary if you have receiving blankets, just lay 1+ over it to easily change instead of fighting to pull it off over the foam & messing w/a zipper. The blankets also double as a face wipe Nov 25, 2019

  • a slip cover is a must! eventually you will need to wash the one you have and you will need to have an extra one on hand Sep 27, 2019

  • I didn't find a need to use this cover, I would just always wash mine. Save your money. Sep 10, 2019

  • Wanted an extra cover in case I needed to wash the original...however it's so hard to get the covers on/off and to wash them that I use a blanket on top to avoid having to wash it. Jul 05, 2018

Bought one and then washed it. The material felt rough afterward and color faded. May 08, 2018

  • Milk sprays, babies spit up. An extra cover is good to have around! Mar 10, 2018

  • Having the extra cover has saved me on many occasions. One of the many things people don't tell you ... babies are messy! You will be so glad that you have this. Oct 06, 2017

  • Nice extra cover and appreciated being able to pick my own style. Oct 05, 2017

  • purchased black and white and faded in first wash. Feb 22, 2017

  • It's the best support when breast feeding. It does not fall off and it has a storage on the side for water .... since mommas have the drink a lot of water. Aug 18, 2014

  • I got an extra slip cover in case baby spit up or when it needed to be washed. Jul 24, 2014

  • You kind of need a cover with a my brest friend but the fabric is not super soft or luxurious. May 02, 2014

  • Depends on the fabric...I have a fleece fabric cover and it is a lot softer and cozy for baby then the standard cover. Apr 25, 2014

  • Adorable cover. I love it. Mar 28, 2014

  • between the boppy , Born Free Bliss Nursing Pillow and this. This one was the best when actually breastfeeding. Mar 07, 2014

  • Works great, washable! Feb 24, 2014

  • The brest friend is the only breast feeding support pillow out there that positions the baby in the correct way to nurse. Feb 18, 2014

  • Used it at all times for the first 2 months. A life saver Feb 11, 2014

  • Amazing! Dec 11, 2013

  • Get the "deluxe" slipcover (terry material, more size options!). I have this and it started to fit strangely after a couple of washings. Hard to take on/off. Nov 01, 2013

It's smart to have one of these, for quick changes after the frequent feed-time spit-ups and blow-outs you'll experience. Oct 20, 2013

  • I have both this and the boppy. I liked both for different stages of nursing. My suggestion...borrow the pillow and buy your own cover. Oct 11, 2013

Must have two hands free Sep 24, 2013

  • This was awesome as when they are little you can adjust very easy. Baby fits well. Comfortable. Sep 10, 2013

  • Milkflow Lactation Cookies

    Why weeLove Milkflow Lactation Cookies:

In case you need a valid excuse to eat cookies, here’s a really good one: boosting milk supply. Nursing moms need to fuel their bodies to keep up with the demands of milk production and new parenthood. (If you’ve been wearing the same pants for three days—we get it, girl!) While lactation teas, capsules and powders aren’t for everybody, cookies most certainly are.

Milkflow™ from UpSpring created the first ever lactation cookies made with the dream team of ingredients: Fenugreek and Blessed Thistle. These two essentials work together to help naturally promote breast milk supply in those early days, during your baby’s growth spurts (when you’re glued to the glider for feedings!), and pumping sessions.

Available in Oatmeal Raisin and Double Chocolate Chip, cookies are non-GMO and made in the USA with all natural ingredients. These tasty treats come in packs of two—perfect for tossing in your diaper bag for a healthy snack on the go. Each box comes with 10 packs (20 cookies total), so you’ll be able to keep your milk production going strong while keeping “Hangry Mom Running Errands” at bay. It’s a win-win.

  • Milkflow Lactation Coffee Pods
  • weeThink

Moms are all about multi-tasking (just ask anyone who can fold laundry, while doing an Amazon Prime order, while playing peek-a-boo with the baby.) Luckily, here's a way to get multiple things done at once, with a lot less juggling...

UpSpring Milkflow Coffee Pods give nursing women a much-needed caffeine fix—along with milk-boosting duo fenugreek and blessed thistle—in just one cup of joe. A lactation supplement in easy-to-brew coffee? Yes, please!

Compatible with most Keurig K-Cup coffee makers, each pod serves 55mg of caffeine and 450mg of Fenugreek to help establish or increase a healthy milk supply (hello, growth spurts!). All ingredients are natural, gluten-free, and non-GMO. And don't worry—the pods themselves are made with mother (earth) in mind, too. They're 100% compostable, 100% plant-based, and BPA-free.

Ready to pop in a pod and get back to that master multi-tasking? Because there's a diaper bag to be packed + car keys to be found.
