what parents are saying
Best cover I've ever bought. Especially love the pop up top so I can see my baby as I use a shield to nurse. The burp cloths sewn into it are extra handy! (Oct 04, 2016)
For those moms who want a little discretion when nursing in public, the Bebe Au Lait Nursing Cover has got your covered--literally. It has a wired neckline for ventilation (keeping baby cool is key), which also enables eye contact with the baby. It’s also available in muslin and cotton fabric, and has terry cloth pockets for quick cleanup or storing breast pads. When things get a little messy, just throw the whole thing in the washing machine.
The Catch: Women have noted that older babies tend to pull on it or get distracted.

This is the absolute best cover! It makes it so much easier for me to get my baby to latch. We can also still see each other which is nice. With the opening it also creates some ventilation.

I use this at work even though I am provided with a private place to pump. I like knowing that if someone were to accidentally walk in that I’m covered. I also love that is light weight and cool.

I would suggest getting a different type of cover over this one. This thing is a pain to try to loop with only one hand if you're in public and trying to hold your child. Definitely easier ones

I hate the velcro strap around my neck. My son always managed to kick or pull the sides. Didnt give me much coverage from the sides but was good long wise. Used as a carseat cover instead.

Beautiful, 100% cotton, lightweight cover. Its non-flexible neckline allows great ventilation, it doesn't get too hot under it. Also, I used it on a stroller as the sun or even wind protection.

Great when I was BF. I always stayed on the private side and went away from public but still used this as well and it was easy to use, inexpensive and light weight. Did not take up any space in bag

I do like these I think its super cute I have a different pattern though but same brand. But I didn't use it much I still don't. Just bothers my lo makes her too warm and she likes to look at me.

I like that it covers me and baby completely.Has an adjustable ring and also a plastic ring sewn into the top so that the fabric is not lying directly on babys face so I can easily view the baby

Nursing in the middle of a busy mall as I write this. Thought I'd be forever bound to my glider at home before I got this. Open neckline added bonus: on hot days I can blow on his face to cool him dow

Used when out or at my relatives' homes. Baby seemed to be comfortable and cool, and I liked the open neckline. We don't use it anymore though because he's older now and doesn't like being covered.
