    Level 1 comes with the bottles. The flow was too fast for baby’s first few months so I used the Preemie size. Level 2 is too fast at 8 months, so I’m still using Level 1. They hold up really well. Jun 08, 2018

  • Flow is slow for my baby and can put with Medela bottles, even though not a tight fit, doesn’t leak. Wish nipples had wider base, more like breast. May 01, 2018

  • A nice feature of dr brown bottles is that you can change nipple flow size as baby grows. It has a great slow flow premie size which is perfect for babies who are also breastfed. Apr 20, 2018

    I've used the preemie size since my non-preemie twins were born, and they have taken to them great with no nipple confusion when nursing. We keep with the preemie flow to keep it more like nursing. Oct 18, 2017
