  • I found this product so uncomfortable to use and painful at times. It felt too suctioned my my nipple. Feb 24, 2020

  • I know people loved this, but I didn't ever really use it. I didn't get it out in the first couple months, and I missed the opportune time where if DD was on one boob, the other one was just going. Jan 02, 2020

  • Must have for breastfeeding Dec 10, 2019

  • I've tried using this, but the passive suction is not enough to get any milk. I find hand expression works better than this. I would not buy again. Nov 22, 2019

  • This item is a must. It catches milk from the other breast while breastfeeding so you dont waste by leaking. Easily store a few ounces. Nov 20, 2019

These are amazing!! Love it!! So glad I purchased one I really needed the relief with my second! Crazy engorged that first week or so. This was soooo helpful in giving me relief! Nov 05, 2019

  • Absolutely love this for when at home and feeding baby and the other side begins to let down! comes in handy to start saving milk in the freezer even if you havent started pumping. Oct 10, 2019

  • Very helpful when feeding Sep 27, 2019

  • Sometimes manual control is absolutely critical to avoid a clogged duct or to finish pumping a small amount post nursing session. Aug 28, 2019

  • I loved using this!!! I used it on one side while my little was nursing on the other side. This product helped save my shirt and not waste milk. Aug 24, 2019

  • Simple to use and clean. Easy way to build up your freezer stash before heading back to work. Get a couple for when you don't get around to cleaning one before the next session! May 01, 2019

  • Wow, this thing catches so much valuable Liquid Gold Breast Milk. All moms want to keep their milk for their babies. Very easy to use. Mar 22, 2019

Great product and a must have for any new mom! Mar 20, 2019

  • I liked these for catching extra milk-- they stuck well and caught a good bit. The downside is that I found sometime they were a bit uncomfortable and I did not find them useful as an actual pump. Mar 09, 2019

  • Have tried this product and feel neutral about it. It was handy when I was producing a lot of milk but now that my baby has started foods, it takes awhile to get milk out. Feb 22, 2019

This was easy to use both when the baby was nursing on the other side and if I needed to empty a little bit because of over production. It is easy to travel with and very easy to clean. Feb 13, 2019

Took a little practice to get it right on the first shot each time but worth the effort for the soft suction that catches extra milk. Feb 10, 2019

  • Perfect for in the shower or while baby is nursing one side! It catches the let down of your not in use side! Jan 22, 2019

  • Building milk supply must have!! I was able to build my supply before going back to work without adding in extra pump sessions. Used on opposite side with nursing on the other! Total game changer! Jan 18, 2019

  • Wish I would have bought it sooner! So simple to use and got milk without even trying! Jan 06, 2019

  • Must have for breastfeeding newborns. Since they don’t eat much once you’re supply comes in you can start storing breast milk. Dec 28, 2018

  • Couldn't seem to get these to work properly. Dec 21, 2018

  • This here is amazing I’ve pumped more on this than from my actual pump Oct 13, 2018

  • Has to be perfectly placed on breast or it will fall off. Don’t move or it will lose suction and fall taking all the milk with it Sep 27, 2018

  • Breast milk is liquid gold so instead of soaking up breast pads this came in handy to be able to store extra milk during an actual feeding Of the little one. Sep 18, 2018

It takes some getting used to, but it’s aersome! Collect anywhere between 1-3oz per feeding by just collecting the letdown flow from oppposit breast. Great for traveling for a quick weekend. Sep 18, 2018

I think the idea behind these is great, but to use while nursing on the other side is hard! Getting it positioned and suctioned correctly, only to have Baby kick it and it fall off, was frustrating! Sep 13, 2018

    Why weeLove Milkflow Lactation Cookies:

In case you need a valid excuse to eat cookies, here’s a really good one: boosting milk supply. Nursing moms need to fuel their bodies to keep up with the demands of milk production and new parenthood. (If you’ve been wearing the same pants for three days—we get it, girl!) While lactation teas, capsules and powders aren’t for everybody, cookies most certainly are.

Milkflow™ from UpSpring created the first ever lactation cookies made with the dream team of ingredients: Fenugreek and Blessed Thistle. These two essentials work together to help naturally promote breast milk supply in those early days, during your baby’s growth spurts (when you’re glued to the glider for feedings!), and pumping sessions.

Available in Oatmeal Raisin and Double Chocolate Chip, cookies are non-GMO and made in the USA with all natural ingredients. These tasty treats come in packs of two—perfect for tossing in your diaper bag for a healthy snack on the go. Each box comes with 10 packs (20 cookies total), so you’ll be able to keep your milk production going strong while keeping “Hangry Mom Running Errands” at bay. It’s a win-win.
