  • Was useful when I bought a used Medela pump, however the “standard” size shields were too small and I had to buy separate ones. They should make different sized kits or leave out the shields. Feb 09, 2018

  • These are not comfortable. They do pinch even when fitted correctly. Depending on the pump, the length of the flanges will be different. It was a very uncomfortable experience with these. Jan 17, 2018

    This is a less expensive option for having an extra set of pumping accessories. They're less in price and actually more convenient because the shield is all one piece. They have different sizes too! Mar 25, 2016
