I was uncomfortable with the design. Ours has a guard but our son figured out how to remove it and would never stop running around with this in his mouth. Best for non-mobile infants probably. Feb 04, 2020

Baby goes to town on this! Keeps her occupied for at least 10-15 minutes. I love the detachable guard, keeps brush from going too far in the mouth & keeps the mouth piece from touching the floor. Jul 28, 2016

My son found the teething toothbrushes easier to get into his mouth than those round bumpy rings. We found a set of 2-3 at the drugstore and they've been great. Feb 10, 2016
