    Despite the recall on this product, if used completely under supervision, it is an affordable, easy to use hands-free lounger. The covers are easy to wash and it is light enough for easy transport. Jun 22, 2022

  • Q: Not sure I get the big deal with this lounger--isn't it just an oversized pillow? Why do babies love it so much?

  • It is a slightly different shape and firmer than most pillows. It has a little baby sized indention in the middle to keep them from rolling over too easily. If you are on the fence, I would say see if a friend has one you can borrow for your baby first. It was handy the few times I used it but I wouldn't classify it as a must have.

  • Agreed--it's nice to have as a comfy place to set the baby down, but definitely not necessary (especially if you have a swing or Rock n Play or something similar). The pillow can't be used once the baby starts rolling, so its lifespan is short. I now use mine as a back pillow when breastfeeding.

  • I used it as an elevating tool with my daughter, who had some reflux issues. It helped keep her semi-upright, and as mentioned above, it is slightly firmer than most pillows with a more ergonomic shape for baby.

  • The angle keeps my baby more comfortable than being flat on his back. Sometimes just being able to put him down for 5 minutes without him crying felt like a gift!

  • I got this as a gift and didn't think I'd use it at all, but it was probably our most used item in the first few months of our baby's life. Being able to put the baby down at an angle so she doesn't have gas issues kept me sane during those early months.
