The Boppy Newborn Lounger is the perfect place for wee ones to coo and kick in comfort. It is uniquely designed with a recessed interior perfect for a newborn's bottom. A convenient carrying handle and lightweight design make this pillow a portable must-have. And because babies are cute, but messy, the easy-clean fabric means you simply wipe the cover clean after every oops.

New parents NEED this!!! Way better than a regular boppy! My little guy loves to nap on this and sit and watch tv!! (Feb 18, 2017)
I do love the lounger, but wish they didn’t outgrow it so fast. For the price point, it’s fantastic for those early days! I just wish it had a little more room to grow because my baby loved it so much

I was very skeptical to purchase the boppy lounger, only because I already own the boppy original pillow but I have to say this has been one of the best purchases that I have made. My baby loves it!

Baby loved this for awake time as a newborn. We could set her down and she would stay calm and content. Now that she’s trying to sit up, it’s pretty much useless. Risky for positional asphyxia, too.

This is the pillow that grows with you! Perfect for baby to lounge on and still feel snuggled when not in your arms (while supervised). My toddler sits on it to watch movies now. Both kids love it.

I was on the fence about getting one of these loungers, and didn't like it at first. But-after our baby got a little bigger (1 month) we now use it all the time, and she loves lounging in it!

This is by far the best shower gift. It is great to use from day one. I used it to feed my babies a bottle. We took their monthly pics in it and they would take a snooze in it to It did everything

Definitely came in handy when son was an infant. Plan on using it for number 2. Great for when you want to relax in bed with baby. You must keep an eye on them though and make sure they are in center

One of the 2 items I got for baby #3 and totally worth it. It’s so portable and I can easily move it from room to room. Really easy to pack when we are traveling and the baby loves being on it.

Our daughter loved this lounger! Sometimes it was the only place she would sleep (supervised). It was easy to travel with and easy to wash. She would still like to use it but she is too big now!

We couldn't have gotten through my daughter's months in the Pavlik Harness for her hip dysplasia without the Boppy Lounger. I wish I had known about this before she was born. Add this to your registry

I doubted this but when I saw the amazing reviews I decided to purchase it and I am glad I did. It's great that it elevates my daughter's head and she loves to lay on it. It's very portable too!

This boppy lives on our bed. It's where I give LO his bedtime massage/lotion and where his hangs out in the mornings watching me get ready for work. It props him up so he can observe and relax.

I enjoy the lounger but feel I have to review as neutral because I don't like that the lounger cannot be washed and it has no slipcover options. Spit up and other accidents will not come out easily.

Such a huge use for baby. It was great to move it were needed and give him a different view of things. Not sure how it will go with baby 2 as big bro will be walking around but I plan to try.

It is a slightly different shape and firmer than most pillows. It has a little baby sized indention in the middle to keep them from rolling over too easily. If you are on the fence, I would say see if a friend has one you can borrow for your baby first. It was handy the few times I used it but I wouldn't classify it as a must have.
Agreed--it's nice to have as a comfy place to set the baby down, but definitely not necessary (especially if you have a swing or Rock n Play or something similar). The pillow can't be used once the baby starts rolling, so its lifespan is short. I now use mine as a back pillow when breastfeeding.
I used it as an elevating tool with my daughter, who had some reflux issues. It helped keep her semi-upright, and as mentioned above, it is slightly firmer than most pillows with a more ergonomic shape for baby.
I got this as a gift and didn't think I'd use it at all, but it was probably our most used item in the first few months of our baby's life. Being able to put the baby down at an angle so she doesn't have gas issues kept me sane during those early months.
