For both of my pregnancies I've had terrible hip pain at night and this does seem to help. It's just huge and if you are getting up and peeing a lot or need to switch positions, it's kind of a pain. (Apr 03, 2017)

O.M.G. Go get this pillow! yes, it is huge and takes up a lot of the bed, but it saved me and helped me sleep when I was SO uncomfortable!! Its been 10 months since I had my baby, and now I can't sleep without it!!!!! I love it so much! Worth every penny! Apr 04, 2014
