what parents are saying
Our LO loves this while when she has a tooth coming in. It's the perfect size to hold and the texture isn't as rough as fluid filled teethers. I wash it w/ soap weekly as I have heard it can get mold. (Jun 20, 2017)
Some love the hooves, others the ears, but babies all seem to love chewing on Sophie. While it may seem like you’re adding an expensive, glorified dog toy to your registry, this teether has been a must-have for over 50 years. Sophie is made of natural rubber and food-grade paint, so it’s totally safe for little mouths.
It's an ok product made out of plastic. It almost reminds me of a dog toy. I do not like how if it gets a tad wet that it can mold and you can't get the water out to clean it. Better choices to be get

It was okay to have your baby teeth with, but I was always so grossed out that I knew it had so many germs on it! Then we lost it! So I didn’t have to get another one. Plus people were finding mold.

Was looking into getting this for my son but wasn't pleased with the price. We have purchased so many teething products and he doesn't like any of them, he rather have his hand in his mouth.

The only reason we bought this was it seemed a "rite of passage" toy that everyone has. My son did not enjoy it at all-it didn't hold his interest. It also is very pricey for a squeaky teether toy.

Keeps LO entertained and good for motor skills, but may form mold inside if it gets wet. I supervise when it goes in the mouth as LO has choked on this before stuffing the leg in the mouth

Beautiful craftsmanship and a really great toy and teething companion for baby! Easy to keep clean with a quick wipe down. On the more expensive side but worth it as it's one of baby's favorites.
