The stadium seating on this stroller is a big hit with parents since it means when you add the second seat, no one will be blocked or seated “under” the other. Plus, since the seats aren’t side-by-side, it’s super easy to navigate narrow spaces (like grocery store aisles). The seats are also designed for multiple configurations (up to 16!) so you can arrange your kids in a way that works best for you. Parents also love that it offers a super smooth ride, even through grass and snow.

The Catch: It doesn’t fold when the second seat is in place (but the seat can be easily removed).

  • Q: This is advertised as a jogging stroller? How is it with movement and stability with jogging while either one or two kids are riding? Trying to decide between a single or preparing ahead of time for a second child.

  • This is definitely NOT a jogging stroller! Baby Jogger is just the company name. I have both a double Bob and double City Select and I don't even like walking on sidewalks with the double City Select if I have the choice. The Bob is much much better in terms of agility, stability, traction and also weight distribution for running and brisk walking. The City Select a great mall and city stroller

  • This is absolutely not a jogging stroller. The City Select is a full size stroller- unsuitable for jogging. The wheels are not built for jogging. Once you put the 2nd seat in, it is even more impractical for jogging. While its made by the company brand called "Baby Jogger" - this stroller itself is a standard full size (non-jogging) stroller.

  • Definitely not a jogging stroller. I use it for everything else though! We live in the suburbs but within walking distance to a lot of things (school,

  • I don't agree with the ladies above. I use this with 2 huge kids (putting me WAY over the weight limit) and I can still walk and jog using 1 hand. The wheels lock and presto! Jog away.

  • Per the Baby Jogger website this is not a jogging stroller. With that in mind, I have actually gone jogging with it (with one child). I only did a mile and it worked for me jogging in my neighborhood. It is a very heavy stroller (frame w/seat attached) to get in and out of the car. Other than that it is a dream to push and I love the large storage basket.

  • I clicked the answer button but it didn't take me to the question and questions would not load. Anyway, this is not a jogging stroller and is not advertised as such. The brand is Baby Jogger, but it is just a brand. I am not aware of any jogging strollers that convert from a single to a double. You basically have to buy one or the other.

  • Q: I am having my second boy in November, and the 2 kids will be almost exactly 2 years apart. My oldest is pretty large (95%). Would he grow out of this stroller too quickly? thanks!

    asked by Anna Z. - Sep 01, 2015

  • Since you can put the largest in the front most seat (facing front) AND you can face each seat away from each other (meaning one facing you and one facing out if needed) I think both kids will fit easily.

  • I'm not sure about how long it will take him to outgrow it, but I recommend trying the stroller with two kids in it before purchasing. You can try a friend's or you can try in store, but make sure to try with your oldest and maybe someone else's child??? I really did not like stroller as a double at all, and sold my stroller a couple months after having my second.

  • Depends on the child. I think for situations like the airport or outdoor events being able to strap them both in is a lifesaver. You can also raise the height of the canopy for more headroom. If your 2 year old is still used to and using a stroller then yes. You can use both seats for another year if it suits you and then switch to a glider board. Best thing about this stroller is its adaptability

  • I had two boys 3 years apart. My first had pretty average stats, and he outgrew the stroller at about 5.5 years old (45lbs and about 46"). Technically he still fit size wise, but the max weight of each seat is 45lbs. As an infant, I used the infant car seat attachment up top & my big kid in a seat in front. Once the baby could sit up I put him up front facing me or facing out, and big kid up top.

  • My kids are 2 years apart and my daughter is very tall (98%) we put her in the front seat and my son in the back. She fit just find and bonus that she could get in and out on her own. After she turned 3, we started using the glider board instead of the second seat. It encourages her to walk. She still fits in the seat at almost 3.5.

  • You will be totally fine. My sometimes 4 year old will ride in this when he gets tired walking. I think its totally fine. I have 4 children still young enough to ride in this (ages 4 and under) and they all fit and love it.

  • I love this thing! We had an orbit before, and I love this so much more for half the price. I have used it with a newborn and 35lber and 2 35lb kids. I love that the two older ones can face each other to play and when the fight breaks out, I can make them back to back (timeout lol). It manuevers easily in crowds and the basket is HUGE and easy to access!

    Candice H. - Sep 01, 2015

  • I love this stroller! I've used it regularly with 2 older toddlers and it's super easy to maneuver. It handles better than our orbit did, and the seats are lightweight and the hood has two settings, so for bigger kids, you can make the hood higher to give them head room.

    Candice H. - Sep 01, 2015

  • I have giant babies and the great thing about this stroller isthe adjustable click up shade, when your babe gets above 32" just snap off the shade and move it up to the next level. My 38" 20 month old fits perfectly in front or back.
