  • Must have until your milk regulates! The little mesh bag keeps them together in the wash! Dec 16, 2021

Easy to clean, love that it comes with a bag to wash them in! Oct 29, 2021

  • I love how these are reusable . Jan 05, 2020

I loved how soft these were especially with my nipples being super sensitive. I tried using the disposable kind and they just hurt and caused my nipples to itch Oct 27, 2019

  • Does work well but I’m more of a disposable pad girl. Depending how much you leak it could last half the day. Thick enough to hold but thin enough to not be noticed. Aug 27, 2019

  • I notice that cotton breast pad stay dryer than other types and it’s nice that they are reusable. They do take a while to dry after washing though but I’ve never experienced any leaks with these Mar 01, 2019

  • Will see the seam through your shirt, but stay in place. Again, will get stuck to leaky nipples. Reusable which is wonderful! I've also never leaked through them Jan 25, 2019

  • I wished it came with more than 2 in a pack. Maybe have 3 sets for light, medium & heavy days. Oct 01, 2018

  • I bought in addition to the disposable nursing pads. I prefer the material of these. They do slide around in my bra during the day. Aug 07, 2018

  • The pads work great but be careful when washing them. The bag/ carrier for them will melt and burn when you put it in the dryer. Jul 17, 2018

Once washed, form does not stay well. Not as comfortable as others I own. Prefer Kindred Bravely brand. May 18, 2018

  • I had an overproduction of milk & I was always leaking. These were great because they were very absorbent & were reusable (didn’t lose shape after washing). Feb 26, 2018

  • I enjoy washable nursing pads more than disposables. Eco friendly and more comfortable for everyday wear. Feb 18, 2018

  • Washed them once and they crinkled up and were super noticeable underneath clothing no matter what I did. Feb 13, 2018

  • Only used for a short time. After I washed them the edges curled Feb 13, 2018

    • Sarah R.
    • Santa cruz, California

Loved these. Comfortable and much more eco friendly than the disposable. Feb 12, 2018

  • I much preferred these to the disposable pads as they were much softer and more comfortable. They do wash well in the machine, you just need to be sure to straighten the pads out a bit after. Jan 13, 2018

  • no, these hold little to nothing and all to quickly end up soaking wet when i use them Jan 10, 2018

I love these. I have 2 sets so 8 total and this is enough to last a few days. I never have a problem leaking with these. Oct 18, 2017

  • I have both these and the disposable ones. I like the reusable ones since they are softer than the disposable ones. They also hold more but are more likely to get your clothing wet. Jun 26, 2017

  • Not comfortable. I prefer Lanisoh or Bamboobies. Jun 09, 2017

  • I felt they were rough on my skin until I had toughened up. May 28, 2017

    • Anel Q.
    • Los Angeles, California

When I washed them they lost their form. I would put them on and they were thick and transparent looked as if I had padded my bra (i kind of did) Jan 27, 2017

  • I really wanted to be able to use these but I think my milk supply/let down is just too strong. They would be soaked after one feeding and I would be changing them too many times a day. Oct 05, 2016

  • I love anything reusable, however these reusable nursing pads do not hold much liquid and end up leaking all over. I'd rather spend a few more bucks and invest in another brand. Oct 05, 2016

  • Got these and just leaked straight through them. Not sure how they are useful at all. Slip around all the time, bunchy. Went back to disposable. Oct 05, 2016

  • Feel like cloth. Easy to clean. May 01, 2016

  • These were great for after my supply was regulated and I wasn't leaking so much (around 7 months). They dry fast and are really comfy. Dec 30, 2015

  • I need multiple pairs, i feel like I constantly need to wash them! Nov 22, 2015

    Why weeLove Milkflow Lactation Cookies:

In case you need a valid excuse to eat cookies, here’s a really good one: boosting milk supply. Nursing moms need to fuel their bodies to keep up with the demands of milk production and new parenthood. (If you’ve been wearing the same pants for three days—we get it, girl!) While lactation teas, capsules and powders aren’t for everybody, cookies most certainly are.

Milkflow™ from UpSpring created the first ever lactation cookies made with the dream team of ingredients: Fenugreek and Blessed Thistle. These two essentials work together to help naturally promote breast milk supply in those early days, during your baby’s growth spurts (when you’re glued to the glider for feedings!), and pumping sessions.

Available in Oatmeal Raisin and Double Chocolate Chip, cookies are non-GMO and made in the USA with all natural ingredients. These tasty treats come in packs of two—perfect for tossing in your diaper bag for a healthy snack on the go. Each box comes with 10 packs (20 cookies total), so you’ll be able to keep your milk production going strong while keeping “Hangry Mom Running Errands” at bay. It’s a win-win.

  • Milkflow Lactation Coffee Pods
  • weeThink

Moms are all about multi-tasking (just ask anyone who can fold laundry, while doing an Amazon Prime order, while playing peek-a-boo with the baby.) Luckily, here's a way to get multiple things done at once, with a lot less juggling...

UpSpring Milkflow Coffee Pods give nursing women a much-needed caffeine fix—along with milk-boosting duo fenugreek and blessed thistle—in just one cup of joe. A lactation supplement in easy-to-brew coffee? Yes, please!

Compatible with most Keurig K-Cup coffee makers, each pod serves 55mg of caffeine and 450mg of Fenugreek to help establish or increase a healthy milk supply (hello, growth spurts!). All ingredients are natural, gluten-free, and non-GMO. And don't worry—the pods themselves are made with mother (earth) in mind, too. They're 100% compostable, 100% plant-based, and BPA-free.

Ready to pop in a pod and get back to that master multi-tasking? Because there's a diaper bag to be packed + car keys to be found.
