  • A must have! My hospital did not send me home with any ice pads and I needed them to ease my pain during recovery. Mar 31, 2024

  • Can you ever go without these?? The best Feb 15, 2024

  • Used these once the ones from the hospital ran out. They did the trick and were easy to use. Nov 08, 2023

Ugh, so expensive but nobody wants a cold pack in addition to everything else. Oct 24, 2023

If I had any item I ADORED during post partum it is these maxi-pads. I swear by them and I only wish I had bought more so I could wear for a longer postpartum period! These are an absolute life saver! Oct 24, 2023

Never got a single one to actually work. Waste. Jun 30, 2023

I didn't use these as I found they got warm quickly. I do have friends that swear by them though! Jun 26, 2023

  • These made the soreness down there feel better! The coolness only lasted a few minutes but so helpful for pain! Apr 30, 2023

  • LOVE! I wish I'd purchased more. Works much better and lasts longer than homemade cooling pads. Worth the price! Apr 25, 2023

  • These are amazing to have once you come home, (my hospital had some but they where not as good, and didn't send me home with them.) Felt so much relief with these pads. Apr 23, 2023

  • I got them but didn’t need them. My hospital provided ice pads and even that I only used once. Apr 01, 2023

  • The best relief post partum with a tear. Little bulky to sit on due to tear but tolerable. Mar 31, 2023

  • Too expensive for what they are. The coldness doesn't last long and they are HUGE. I much preferred a reusable ice pad; they are thinner and stay cold longer. Not worth it in my opinion. Mar 24, 2023

  • I LOVE THESE. Helped so much with being sore after birth. The whole Frida postpartum kit is amazing Mar 17, 2023

These were a life saver! I ended up buying a second box when I got home from the hospital. I got some for my sister as well, but since she had less tearing than me she didn’t find them as necessary. Mar 10, 2023

  • Post Partum lifesaver! Feb 15, 2023

  • Love the convince of these but the cooling effect doesn’t last as long as I hoped it would. Homemade padcicles seemed to be more soothing. Dec 29, 2022

First off, I LOVE the Frida-product line. These were great to use immediately following delivery, but did not stay cool for very long. Dec 11, 2022

Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes!! Buy them, buy 2 packs. So much easier than making your own, add Foaming witch hazel and pads on top and you can’t go wrong. Nov 29, 2022

So helpful postpartum! Nov 18, 2022

  • They were nice because I could wear it for a while without it being too uncomfortable and I like how it’s a pad too but I do wish they got colder. Oct 16, 2022

  • These helped TREMENDOUSLY after giving birth and not only do they cool better than others but are absorbent! Dont debate-just get it if youre expecting Oct 07, 2022

  • These were a lifesaver. Cooling effect and absorbent. Win/win! Sep 28, 2022

  • a bit weird because they slosh around but very soothing! Aug 24, 2022

  • These were ok but expensive and very bulky. I'd rather make my own. A nurse shared to use a baby diaper, tear open the diaper edge and stuff crushed ice between the layers. Works wonders! Aug 09, 2022

Nice to have the ice already in the pad for multiple functions, but if you have stitches they hurt very badly to sit. They are too bulky and firm to sit with stitches. But provide a cooling relief Jun 25, 2022

  • These only work for like 5 seconds then it's like walking around with a heavy diaper. They just don't stay cold enough for long. May 31, 2022

A must for post partum VD moms! May 17, 2022

  • I used these after I left the hospital and they are much better quality. Super easy to use and very effective, the only downside is that I wish it would stay colder longer. Apr 27, 2022

Postpartum must have! Feb 20, 2022

  • Amazing product!! Nov 24, 2021

  • Helped to increase comfort post partum Oct 30, 2021

  • I liked the ones that the hospital provided a lot more then these and you just don’t get enough for the price. Oct 15, 2021

  • Were great to have for cooling relief, but are very bulky. Jun 24, 2021

  • These were essential to my postpartum recovery after delivering vaginally. Comfortable ice pack the served as a maxi pad. Jun 22, 2021

  • These provided much needed relief after my first birth! It was wonderful to have them at home and use whenever needed. The cooling relief provided was essential to my postpartum recovery! May 10, 2021

  • Wow... these were life savers! Just like the ones you get at the hospital, but nice to have while healing at home. Much more comfortable than the home icepack remedies. They are a little expensive. Mar 22, 2021

  • I really liked these! They are of great quality, better than the ones at the hospital! Mar 18, 2021

  • These seemed to get colder than the packs at the hospital which was nice. Very large though and quite pricey! Nov 29, 2020

  • Awesome because they got so cold & they work as a pad unlike postpartum hospital packs but they inflate with air as they lose coolness so you couldn’t sit down right or wear them out only for home use Jul 09, 2020

  • LOVE this product! it’s like a cool cloud for your swollen, sore parts after giving birth. Taking care of yourself postpartum as well as a tiny baby isn’t easy, so make sure you have some in your bag! May 31, 2020

  • The ice pack pads really annoyed me. Even when I felt like I needed them I couldn't stand more than 30 minutes of it. The upside to them is that they work well in terms of ice and absorbency. May 28, 2020

  • Let’s just say I needed some extra help to get baby out the same hole she entered. I ordered 3 boxes and wished I had ordered more. Better than hospitals, recommend 4 boxes! Felt amazing! Apr 08, 2020
