Worked well and super handy. A fully charged battery will last for a few pumps. Wouldn’t recommend if an exclusive pumper. Mine died after a few months Feb 26, 2024

  • This pump was nice for work. But it was just okay nothing special. My charging port did break on it. It allowed me to pump at work. I ended up attaching my Spectra S1 & was just okay w/ carrying that. Oct 01, 2023

  • I love this system simply because these cups can be used with many other pumps on the market. Personally I use them with my baby Buddha and if you don’t have this pump you need it now. Aug 20, 2023

  • I liked it at first, but shortly after my output rapidly declined. I replaced all the parts and it still didn't seem to get as much suction as originally. I now use the Elvie Stride and love it! Jun 06, 2023

This pump is convenient to be mobile but I don’t get much milk! I got it through insurance. My nipples are always positioned wrong so it’s annoying always having to adjust it. Apr 17, 2023

  • Great pump and I love the cups. Apr 01, 2023

  • I found this pump very useful. In my opinion the suction is just as strong as a wall pump. Jan 18, 2023

  • I use the freemie cups with a different portable pump. Love that they fit in my shirts and are not revealing like a regular pump bottle. Just need to make sure they are closed well before pumping. Jan 05, 2023

  • Enjoyed the convenience of this hands free pump. Lots of customizable suction speeds and patterns. My spectra pump was more powerful but this is also a great option that allows flexibility. Dec 29, 2022

Found it hard to use Dec 22, 2022

  • I got this free with insurance. Loved the idea of hands free. It worked ok but I went for my spectra 90% of the time. Nov 18, 2022

  • I don't pump a lot, just when needed and away from. I'm not sure this would hold up for EP mamas, but it's lovely for me. Super easy to pump on the go, and in the car! Oct 31, 2022

  • I love this pump! I had my son in the middle of the pandemic & when things began to open up, I returned to work. Freemie allowed me to pump without having to stop & sit for an extended period at work. Aug 29, 2022

  • The pump portion isn’t my favorite, not super strong; but the cups are fantastic and compatible with many pumps! Jul 03, 2022

  • I love being able to pump without being tied down! I am exclusively pumping and this pump has been a game changer! Feb 23, 2022

I like the Freemie because it easily fits in a nursing tank/bra and I can move around freely; however, the suction is not that strong so I have to pump one at a time to get an adequate amount out. Jan 25, 2022

  • It is SO nice to be able to just put these cups in your bra and be able to move around freely. Definitely prefer this over a regular pump and it has a ton of suction and different settings. Sep 12, 2021

  • I love that I can chase my other kiddos around, do house work and my nursing job without having to panic wondering when I have time to pump I can put it on and go on about my day just don't bend over. Jun 11, 2021

This is a great breast pump for in the go or working Moms. I like the ease of placing it in any bra I have and pouring it into any brand milk bag. Cons is not having a selection of sizes of shields. Jun 07, 2021

It's fine. The cups are hard to put together correctly, but comfortable (with flange inserts for proper sizing) and stay put. Pump isn't super strong so I use it with the baby buddha pump motor. May 24, 2021

  • This pump saved my breastfeeding journey. My baby had a hard time patching at first so I exclusively pumped for a while. Without this pump I think I would’ve given up. Suction is great too! Apr 30, 2021

  • It is nice to be hands free but this is far from discreet or comfortable. Worth it to spend more for something vacuum tube free Feb 25, 2021

  • Waste of time and money. I could never even get Half a oz out of either breast. Feb 23, 2021

  • It’s super quiet and comfortable. Cups are large enough that you need baggy clothes to hide it. Easy for milk to spill, but also convenient way to pump. Spend so much time trouble shooting suction!! Dec 01, 2020

  • Such a waste. You still need to be connected to an outlet Sep 30, 2020

  • Works just as well as my spectra when the settings are right. Can be confusing to figure out the right speed/suction but once you do it’s a breeze. It’s discreet and perfect for on the go! Aug 27, 2020

I love the Freemie pump, I get a great output, it is easy to use and great that it is concealable and you are able to walk around not plugged to the wall! Jul 01, 2020

  • Was a TERRIBLE pump. Never got enough suction, battery would run out halfway through pumping session when only pumping one side. I would not recommend this to anyone. Jun 23, 2020

  • I used this pump while going to college. I had to wear a baggy sweatshirt to minimize the oddness of the large pump, but it was quiet enough to use it while taking a test in a silent classroom. May 02, 2020

  • This is NOT silent. No way. It sounds like a hospital oxygen machine combined with a metronome. Can you use it while doing chores? Sure. In public? I wouldn't. Apr 03, 2020

I can't imagine being a working/pumping mom without it. It's so discreet and quiet. It keeps me mobile, and I'm not having a huge heavy pump to take to work. The collection cups are amazing, and the minimal parts are easy to clean. Mar 22, 2020

  • I absolutely love this pump. It was life saving for me when I was almost ready to give up breastfeeding. I pump while i cook, clean, and play with my baby. It’s so helpful and so much less stressful. Mar 19, 2020

  • Geeat second pump to have for when you are on the go! Allows me to be mobile and not tied down Feb 23, 2020

  • I had the Medela for my first 2 kids, but sprung for this for my 3rd. So happy that I did! I don't pump a ton, but this had made it so much easier to find time! I can watch my kids and pump - really! Feb 19, 2020

  • The only way I’ve managed to pump and take care of a toddler and a baby. This pump is so much stronger but gentler than my spectra or ameda. I love that the cups go right in my sports bra. Feb 18, 2020

  • I love being able to pump hands free on the go. This is a game changer and makes me feel so much more independent. Feb 13, 2020

  • I like the handsfree option of the cups, but the suction is lost and they don't express as much milk. Also, they are bulky and make your breasts appear lumpy and odd. Jan 29, 2020

  • Complete game changer with my 2nd baby. Not only hands free, but more importantly mobile (chasing a 2year old), discreet (don’t have to stay behind closed doors at work), and quiet!! A must have!! Jan 28, 2020

  • Cups were wonderful! Pump not so much. Very quiet yes. Charging port pulled right out of my machine at 4am. Battery life also needs work. Only got 40 mins worth per charge. Jan 23, 2020

  • so portable bc it can be recharged and not need to stay plugged in while using. I am able to clean around the house while pumping! Jan 15, 2020

  • This pump is a life saver! You can pump while continuing on with your life. It's pretty quiet. The only downside might be is having to plan an outfit to be able to fit the cups in your bra/shirt. Nov 12, 2019

  • I had three breast pumps. This one is the best because it is hands free and collects so much milk per boob. I love how quiet it is and how comfortable the cups are. Sometimes I forget it’s on! Sep 05, 2019

  • I pump much more often using this pump than I did last baby using a standard one. So easy and I can multitask with hands free or nurse baby on one side and pump on the other with ease. Aug 22, 2019

Great portable pump can be easily used while doing any activity that doesn't involve bending over. Allows you to pump without your nipples being out or having to buy a special pumping bra. Love it. Mar 06, 2019

  • Hands down the best pump!! I have 3 children and it's not easy to be stuck in a chair pumping. But with this I can get supper ready or fold clothes with no problem! I also get more milk each session. Mar 01, 2019

    Why weeLove Milkflow Lactation Cookies:

In case you need a valid excuse to eat cookies, here’s a really good one: boosting milk supply. Nursing moms need to fuel their bodies to keep up with the demands of milk production and new parenthood. (If you’ve been wearing the same pants for three days—we get it, girl!) While lactation teas, capsules and powders aren’t for everybody, cookies most certainly are.

Milkflow™ from UpSpring created the first ever lactation cookies made with the dream team of ingredients: Fenugreek and Blessed Thistle. These two essentials work together to help naturally promote breast milk supply in those early days, during your baby’s growth spurts (when you’re glued to the glider for feedings!), and pumping sessions.

Available in Oatmeal Raisin and Double Chocolate Chip, cookies are non-GMO and made in the USA with all natural ingredients. These tasty treats come in packs of two—perfect for tossing in your diaper bag for a healthy snack on the go. Each box comes with 10 packs (20 cookies total), so you’ll be able to keep your milk production going strong while keeping “Hangry Mom Running Errands” at bay. It’s a win-win.
