Love the smell and that this is all natural. Really helped my nipples in the beginning of breastfeeding.

I like that I didn't have to worry about chemicals in this cream. It did the job well!

Soothed and moisturized my nipples when starting out with breastfeeding and I didn't have to wash it off before feeding. Also used to lubricate pump flanges & still use sometimes for dry skin patches.

Didnt use for long but when I did my nipples didn't crack or hurt as bad. And I like that they are food base so you don't have to wipe your nipples before feeding baby. They were a little greasy.

Tried this product and was not that impressed. Lanolin was far more effective in easing my discomfort.

This saved my nipples when they were cracked and bleeding after my daughter was born. I recommend it to everyone!

Safe for baby, only one you will need, can also be used for rough spots such as elbows or baby excema

kept me from having cracked and sore nipples and it was great that I didn't have to wipe it off before feeding. Baby didn't mind the taste.

I was given this as a gift but honestly never used it. Coconut oil and lanolin worked fine for me.

Not a fan. Too greesy. Don't like the smell:

This helped me with cracked/dry nipples while breast feeding - it was the only thing that didn't burn and sting! LOVE IT!

Didn't do much for me, and I hated the smell.

I love all Earth Mama products and this one is no exception. This is a safe product that is good for mama and safe for baby. A lot of natural ingredients. I didn't use any other nipple cream.

This was a savior in the beginning of breastfeeding with sore, cracked nipples. Smells great and easy to apply. Love that it didn't need to be cleaned off before nursing.

Must have for breastfeeding! No animal products, and no need to wash off before breastfeeding. Also use with my pump so there is no rubbing or irritation. Love this stuff! Healed my cracked nipples.

I have this and have now used it with nursing both my sons, as well as for dry skin/chapped lips on them as infants. So much love for this product! Even use it on my own lips on occasion!

Recieved this as a gift. Smells great and works well too!

I learned the hard way that putting this on nipples can trap moisture, create the perfect breeding ground for yeast. Better off using Madela tender care hydragels that soothe without moisture.

Definitely a must have! Mostly or completely organic natural oils (like olive oil) that you don't have to wipe off before nursing (unlike lanolin). This nipple butter was my savior!

I haven't really needed this but it is great for everything. I love all of their products.
Jun 28, 2015
I used this the most. It made me feel so much better and I wasn't worried about scrubbing my nipples clean before my daughter needed to eat.
May 22, 2015
Everything about this is awesome! It saved me lots of pain and struggles as I nursed. Vegan and no gross ingredients. LOVE!!

This is my favorite store bought cream, but, for me, it's second to organic coconut oil.

This wasn't enough for me when I first started breastfeeding, but a few months in, I like it for occasional soreness.

Soothing & all natural so don't have to worry about wiping off before nursing.

This provided some relief, but the scent is too strong. I stopped using it because it just made me sick to smell it all the time. Coconut oil is a great alternative.

Used it after every nursing in the newborn days. Liked it better than lanisoh It really helped but it had a little bit of a funny smell and stained my bras. Would like to try something else next time.

Easy to spread, non-offensive odor, and I never had a crack or blister despite my babe having a terrible latch for 2 weeks!!!

Smells like chocolate!

Loved this stuff! A little bit went a long ways!

I liked that I didn't have to wipe this off before nursing my daughter. I didn't love the beads that formed but they dissolve as you rub it between your fingers
Aug 20, 2014
I used this a ton during my first few months of breastfeeding - very soothing for sore nipples and a great smell, too!
Aug 19, 2014
the best. hands down. saved my nipples, and great that you don't have to wipe it off before latching again - and works great at nighttime lip balm :)

The best stuff in the world! Safe for baby and amazing on mama. I rub a little of this inside my pump before pumping & used it constantly when mine was a newborn. It's the best!

I don't know if it's coincidence or not, but I got clogged ducts the two times I tried to use this.
Feb 27, 2014
LOVE this! Much better than lanolin as it doesn't stain your clothes. I have used this on Leela's chapped cheeks and elbows as well as on my chapped cheeks. Definitely for more than just nipples

Helped in first few weeks of breastfeeding my oldest. Didn’t use anywhere close to the container and did not need with my second child. A nice to have item

This was my go to nipple cream! I felt like it applied a lot nicer - like it almost melted on. Other ones I tried - just felt like Vaseline.

This is okay, I find it works better for dry skin rather than extremely sore nipples.

I wanted to love this cream since it has great ingredients, but the consistency is lumpy and it has chunks in it. Not a big fan.

I had multiple brands of nipple ointment and this was one was my favorite. It’s so soothing and moisturizing.

This is a great chapstick as well. I never really needed it for my nipples because they never chapped, but the quality was fantastic.

This has helped me so much with nursing and pumping. Helped me heal quickly at the beginning with nursing and helps with pumping every night.

This has a nice smell and is a good alternative to lanolin. It's not as thick and sticky as lanolin. I used this the early days of breastfeeding while we were still figuring out a good latch.

Best nipple butter hands down!
