Contains boric acid and, as the jar says, is great for “chafing, minor burns, skin irritations.” But I don’t like it as a diaper cream because it’s too thick and has a little grit - no soothing “aaaah” factor. Contains petroleum so it’s not cloth diaper safe. (Mar 19, 2018)
