  • You don't need any additional pieces if you already own a pump. However this bra really only works well with the Medela pump. I tried using it with a Phillips Avante pump and had trouble... But with the Medela it's terrific! I'm actually using it now while writing :)

  • This hands free bra should work with the pump you have - I had a Medela pump and it worked great! I actually purchased 2 bras, so I would always have one when the other was in the wash.

  • You still need to buy the pump, as previous people have mentioned. I wasn't a big fan of this bra. I could never get the pumps to sit right or tight enough. I actually had a sleeping bra that worked better and it wasn't even made to be hands-free.
