This is the pump to get if portability is important to you; it has a clip-on battery pack, so you can actually pump on-the-move. (One weeSpring user says she pumped while washing dishes, riding in the car, etc.) Moms absolutely rave about Medela's customer service, too.

The Catch: Some complain that the suction isn't strong enough.

  • This pump is great for when you need to be hands-free, but it definitely doesn't pump as well as the Spectra pumps. I just know that when I use this one in the car, I have to leave it on for longer. Sep 30, 2019

  • Love that it's compact. The batter lasts forever. However, the stimulation time (2mins) is too long before it starts pumping. In that case, I can hit the pump button and skip the stimulation time. Jun 21, 2017

  • Yes, wife used for twins and then a 3rd baby. Just be careful with the lcd screen. That broke and then you have to guess battery and power level.
